Documentation
You receive a treatment plan detailing what we are able to offer plus some additional questions. We may request some additional information and any other relative documentation you may have or require.
In the event that you are not able to provide us with any documentation at the time, pre-treatment examinations can be performed upon your arrival in the Czech Republic.
Pricing
Once we have received all the necessary information you will be given a choice of possible treatments, estimated times and costs. Our quotation also includes spa treatment and a comprehensive travel and accommodation service.
Your relatives or travel companions are also welcome to join you on your medical trip to the Czech Republic.
Approval
After you have accepted our offer we will confirm tha date of your arrival and hospital admission.
Trip Plan
Our planning team will confirm your travel and accommodation arrangements with you and also with any other persons who are accompanying you. They will also confirm your visiting times with your relatives or companions.
Transportation
You are welcomed at the airport by our representative. He or she will accompany you during your check-in at the hospital. Our contact center will be available to you and your relatives 24 hours a day.
Recovery
For orthopedic surgery, 8 days is the typical period you will need to spend with us under the supervision of doctors and other medical staff. For other types of treatment, you will be informed about the necessary time periods in advance which may be more or less than 8 days depending on the type of treatment required.
Aftercare
You will receive a complete package of medical documentation related to your examinations, surgery and any other treatments you received. We will wish you bon voyage at the airport and a safe trip home.
